2018 SoCal Winter Mixer in North Hollywood hosted by UCLACSSA

The 2018 SoCal Winter Mixer presented by Chinese Students and Scholars Association at UCLA was held  in North Hollywood the afternoon of February 24th,  about 20o outstanding students and young professionals meet with the industries gurus to get most personal career advice.

According to the UCLA-CSSA Career Development Division director Samuel Kwan, 25 distinguished guests from different industries were invited to the mixer to help Chinese international students understand the industries requirement, what goes on, and how to set up the career goals after graduating from university.

Keynote speaker Evie Jeang,  Managing Partner of Ideal Legal Group, an alumni of UCLA, self-introduced how to switch majors from sociology to law.  Keynote speaker Teddy Zee, Founder and CEO of Teddy Zee Productions, Former EVP of Columbia Pictures, advised young professionals and students the passion is motivation to have success in a career.

Met a lot of friends today, said Rui Yao a UCLA visiting scholar from Guangzhou University.

The Mixer is very well-known to Chinese students due to the attention of many gurus of the industry
