Frank Scotto Endorsed by Dave Albert, Former Mayor of Lomita City

TORRANCE, CA– Dave Albert, former Mayor of Lomita City has endorsed Frank Scotto in his bid for the 66th Assembly District.

When announcing his endorsement of Scotto for the 66th Assembly District, Mayor Albert stated, “Frank has the ability to get things done as a businessman and as a community leader. Having worked alongside him for many years, I know he will be a strong advocate for working families.”

With a history of service in the United States Army, Scotto has worked to bring opportunity and security to the South Bay during his time as City Commissioner, Councilman, and Mayor of the City of Torrance.

Some of the signature projects that he was instrumental in include establishing the first veterans job fair, improving the Torrance Library, significant improvements in water management infrastructure and the creation of green spaces for families and youth.

Frank Scotto is the former Mayor of Torrance. He is running for State Assembly in the 66th Assembly District, which encompasses much of the South Bay of Los Angeles.​
