Girls Clubs of America<\/a>,\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.playworks.org%2F&amp;data=02%7C01%7Cabatista%40aegworldwide.com%7C7d450075f3804fd15a6d08d769ee0f30%7Ccaece8130c4849238c628676bc93605f%7C0%7C0%7C637094343494210795&amp;sdata=CuL0uOa33aIwJ9Nf8xarLrcdetoceLffrNTLRrhXhLo%3D&amp;reserved=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Playworks<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Special Olympics USA<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 to engage their communities to complete a digital puzzle which generated points that users then awarded to one of the three charities; the winner being the organization with the most points.<\/p>\n<p>Playworks previously won the 2018 #SpreadCheer Challenge to receive an additional $25,000 grant from the AEG Community Foundation, in addition to its initial $25,000 grant from the Foundation\u2019s first grant cycle.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to be the winners of this year\u2019s #SpreadCheer Challenge and to receive $25,000 from our invaluable partner and community collaborator, the AEG Community Foundation,\u201d said Celeste Soto, Director of Development, Playworks. \u201cAEG\u2019s #SpreadCheer Challenge enabled us to engage Playworkers throughout the country and our local school communities to celebrate this special time of year through the power of play, just as our organization leverages play to develop safe, inclusive and meaningful play environments at more than 200 schools every day.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe AEG Community Foundation&#8217;s contribution and continued support of Playworks will allow our organization to continue to develop a place for every child on the playground to feel included, be active, and build valuable social and emotional skills throughout Southern California,&#8221;
