This is particularly true for the telecommunications industry, with its large,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bv.com\/solutions\/distributed-infrastructure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">distributed infrastructure projects<\/a>\u00a0and extensive field services workforce, where the availability of fast, seamless communication can make or break a project.<\/p>\n<p>Telecom industry professional David Simmons was featured in a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cio.com\/article\/3510645\/black-veatch-calls-on-ai-to-automate-field-service.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">recent edition of\u00a0<em>CIO.com<\/em><\/a>, which explored Black &amp; Veatch\u2019s ongoing efforts to embrace artificial intelligence and analytics to automate \u2013 and optimize \u2013 tasks within its telecommunications business.<\/p>\n<p>To achieve this,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bv.com\/news\/black-veatch-and-zinier-keep-world-running-ai-driven-field-service-automation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the global engineering company has partnered with<\/a>\u00a0software\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zinier.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">startup Zinier<\/a>\u00a0to implement its intelligent field service automation platform,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zinier.com\/intelligent-service-automation-control\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ISAC<\/a>.
