These rooms, called Quancheng Study Rooms or Quancheng Reading Rooms, function as miniature libraries for locals.<\/p>\n<p>The 12 reading rooms have received more than 260,000 visitors, issued 21,000 library cards, and lent 110,000 books.<\/p>\n<p>The rooms contain a variety of books and offer a relaxing atmosphere perfect for reading.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some of the public reading rooms:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/english.jinan.gov.cn\/picture\/0\/b5ff19543d95447294e844ecb73dbd54.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"1.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/english.jinan.gov.cn\/picture\/0\/s_b5ff19543d95447294e844ecb73dbd54.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A Quangcheng Study Room located at the foot of Langmao Mountain south of Jinan&#8217;s Shizhong district.
