Small Business of the Year Nominations Are Now Open!<\/p>\n

Dear Neighbor:<\/p>\n

Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and we invite you to help us honor local business owners for their contributions to our community.<\/p>\n

Please nominate an outstanding business in Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Costa Mesa, Irvine or Laguna Woods, by filling out this\u00a0short entry form<\/a>.<\/p>\n

California’s approximately 3.4 million small businesses are critical to the state’s economy. Businesses with fewer than 100 employees actually comprise of 97% of all businesses in California, and they are responsible for employing more than 37% of all in-state workers. We want to show our appreciation for what they do today, and every day!<\/p>\n

Honorees will be entered to win the 74th Assembly District “Small Business of the Year” award, and recognized on Small Business Day 2020 at the State Capitol in Sacramento.<\/p>\n

Nominations are due March 20th, 2020:<\/strong><\/p>\n
