In light of the current climate of COVID-19, many of our students and their families are faced with tremendous challenges such as, homelessness, food scarcity (hunger), digital divide, and access to essential needs. Due to these uncertainties, we remain vigilant to adapt in this unprecedented reality. Now, more than ever, our students and their families need you.<\/div>\n

According to a L.A.Times article\u00a0\u201c1 in 5 L.A. community college students is homeless.\u201d\u00a0These students are: veterans who bravely served our nation; single parents trying to raise their child\/children while attending college; foster youth facing challenges that make it difficult and sometimes impossible to consider college education; and Dreamers pursuing the \u201cAmerican Dream\u201d of becoming the first in their families to be college graduates. Help us put students first.<\/div>\n

The fund will support our Huskies and their families with essential food, housing, and other expenses.
