On\u00a0Wednesday, November 11th<\/strong>, the Battleship IOWA Museum together with the Veterans National Entertainment Workshop, will observe Veterans Day with a drive-through care package and online concert event!<\/p>\n

<\/a>Between\u00a05:00 pm – 7:00 pm,\u00a0<\/strong>care packages will be distributed to veterans on a first-come, first-served basis at the Battleship IOWA, 250 S. Harbor Blvd., San Pedro, CA.\u00a0Packages will include practical items and thank-you gifts to support veterans in need during the ongoing pandemic.<\/p>\n

In addition, a\u00a0FREE online concert,\u00a0United We Stand – Stronger Together<\/em>, will commence at\u00a07:30 pm Pacific Time<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0feature U.S. military veteran performers singing popular songs celebrating unity, togetherness, and friendship. Salutes will be made by several celebrities including\u00a0Rich Little<\/strong>\u00a0(voice actor and impressionist) and\u00a0Tanya Acker<\/strong>\u00a0(lawyer, film actor and\u00a0HOT BENCH judge). Comedian\u00a0BJ Lange<\/strong>, U.S. Air Force (retired) will host the online program.<\/p>\n
