Numbers may not represent true day-over-day change as reporting of test results can be delayed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>There were 1,606 newly recorded confirmed cases Monday.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>The 7-day positivity rate is 1.3%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>There have been 58,075,920 tests conducted in California.
