{"id":35143,"date":"2021-05-12T18:48:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-13T01:48:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lapost.us\/?p=35143"},"modified":"2021-05-12T18:48:00","modified_gmt":"2021-05-13T01:48:00","slug":"global-cybersecurity-leaders-say-they-feel-unprepared-for-attack","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lapost.us\/?p=35143","title":{"rendered":"Global cybersecurity leaders say they feel unprepared for attack"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A majority of global chief information security officers (CISOs) surveyed as part of a report released Wednesday said they feel their organizations are unprepared to face a cyberattack, despite many believing they will face an attack in the next year.<\/p>\n<p>The report,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/click1.email.thehill.com\/ljdqsfzphmmrlflmrdjhhrqqhzrcmzmyynhpfwcmmwhkqm_wlndggvlvbdslfzgnnzv.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/click1.email.thehill.com\/ljdqsfzphmmrlflmrdjhhrqqhzrcmzmyynhpfwcmmwhkqm_wlndggvlvbdslfzgnnzv.html&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1620956010741000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGatsPyKxQw8AQ15OtNv0JvZZ0veQ\">compiled by cybersecurity group Proofpoint<\/a>, was based on a survey of 1,400 CISOs in 14 different countries including the United States.
