{"id":37194,"date":"2021-06-30T18:14:59","date_gmt":"2021-07-01T01:14:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lapost.us\/?p=37194"},"modified":"2021-06-30T18:14:59","modified_gmt":"2021-07-01T01:14:59","slug":"amazon-calls-for-her-recusal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lapost.us\/?p=37194","title":{"rendered":"Amazon calls for her recusal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Amazon sent a request to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on Wednesday asking its new chair Lina Khan be recused from any antitrust investigations into the company because of her past critiques of the e-commerce giant.<\/p>\n<p>Khan first gained attention for a paper she wrote called \u201cAmazon\u2019s Antitrust Paradox\u201d while she was a law student at Yale.
