Los Angeles, January 30, 2022<\/strong> – The 2nd CCTV Global Loving-China Poetry Spring Festival Gala in California and American Chinese Spring Festival Gala was held on January 29 at the San Gabriel Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles. The opening of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics is imminent, and the elements of the Winter Olympics had become a highlight of this year’s Spring Festival Gala.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zhang Ping, Consul General of the Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles, and Congresswoman Judy Chu attended the gala and delivered speeches to extend New Year wishes to the Chinese community.<\/span><\/p>\n

This Gala gathered more than 70 overseas Chinese American organizations to express the joy of the overseas Chinese for the Spring Festival and their expectations for the Winter Olympics in the form of the Spring Festival Gala. He and Deputy Consul General Li Chunlin were very happy to gather with overseas Chinese to celebrate the Chinese New Year and welcome the Beijing Winter Olympics.<\/span><\/p>\n
