The Ceremony will\u00a0be held\u00a0on\u00a0Thursday,\u00a0May 5, at\u00a09:30 a.m.\u00a0in the Benjamin Franklin Room of the U.S. Department of State.\u00a0\u00a0Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken will make opening remarks and the President of the World Food Prize Foundation,\u00a0Barbara Stinson, will announce the name of the\u00a0Laureate\u00a0for this year.\u00a0U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Thomas J. Vilsack,\u00a0Under\u00a0Secretary\u00a0of\u00a0St<wbr \/>ate for Economic Growth, Energy,\u00a0and\u00a0the Environment\u00a0Jose W.
