Updated Guidance for K-12 Schools<\/strong><\/p>\n

CDPH released\u00a0COVID-19 Public Health Guidance for K-12 Schools in California<\/a>\u00a0for the 2022-23 school year. In alignment with the state\u2019s\u00a0SMARTER<\/a>\u00a0plan, the guidance includes information on COVID-19 mitigation strategies to keep students, staff, and communities safe during the upcoming school year.<\/p>\n

Disease management strategies in K-12 schools are guided by the principle that safe, in-person learning is critical to student well-being and development. California will continue to provide COVID-19 tests, personal protective equipment, and other resources to decrease the impact of COVID-19 and prevent broad disruption to in-person learning.<\/p>\n

Statewide COVID-19 Data<\/strong><\/p>\n
