We are confident these laws will not stand,\u201d CCIA President Matt Schruers said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The decision blocks a Texas law the groups are challenging that would restrict companies\u2019 ability to remove users or violative content.
