I know that as a member of the Legislature, he will work hard to defend small businesses, create employment, and make California a better place for all.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_8647457542756738457font-arial\">Scotto spent decades working in Torrance as a small businessman and public official. He operated his own company, Frank Scotto Towing, for over forty years, winning several accolades for his service to the South Bay community.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_8647457542756738457font-arial\">Today, Scotto lives in Torrance with his wife, Cindy. He is still active in the community, volunteering with numerous local nonprofits including the Arts Council of Torrance; Torrance Sister City Association; the Torrance Rose Float Association; and the Chambers of Commerce of Torrance, Redondo Beach, and Lomita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"m_8647457542756738457font-arial\">Frank Scotto is the former Mayor of Torrance.
