From June 16 to August 8, 2025, participating library locations will offer lunches Monday through Friday from noon to 1 pm, depending on the site schedule.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">No registration is required, and there are no income restrictions. Meals are available on a first come, first served basis and must be eaten at the Library.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u201cThis program continues to be a vital service for families in our communities,\u201d said Skye Patrick, County Librarian at LA County Library. \u201cWe\u2019re proud to once again provide a safe, welcoming space where children and teens can access nutritious meals, discover books, and stay engaged during the summer months.\u201d<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u201cNo family should have to worry about where their next meal will come from, especially when school is out,\u201d said Norma E. Garc\u00eda-Gonz\u00e1lez, LA County Parks Director. \u201cBy collaborating with LA County Library to offer free lunches to the youth at 20 library locations, we\u2019re making healthy food accessible and reinforcing that libraries and parks are hubs of support for our communities.
