Hochman. \u201cOur Office is committed to seeking justice for Tilly and ensuring those responsible are held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Alfredo Mu\u00f1oz, Jr. (dob 2\/11\/85) and Kelly Anelalani Mu\u00f1oz (dob 12\/1\/91) both face one count each of murder, torture and assault on a child causing death.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Arraignment in case 25LBCF02185 was continued to Dec. 16 in Department S01 of the Long Beach Courthouse.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">On Nov. 7, the victim, identified on the felony complaint as Tilly S., was admitted to Miller Children\u2019s Hospital in Long Beach and placed on life support but ultimately succumbed to her injuries.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">After a police investigation, Alfredo and Kelly Mu\u00f1oz were both arrested on Nov. 24.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">If convicted as charged, both defendants face a maximum sentence of 32 years to life in state prison. Bail is set at $3,030,000 for each.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Brian Rosenberg of the Family Violence Division\u2019s Complex Child Abuse Section and investigated by the Long Beach Police Department.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><em>The charges filed in this case are allegations.
