LAPost\/ANAHEIM, CA (March 6, 2026) \u2014<\/strong> The annual Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival<\/span><\/span><\/strong> officially opened Friday at Disneyland Resort<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, bringing a season of California-inspired cuisine, culinary demonstrations and live entertainment to Disney California Adventure Park<\/span><\/span><\/strong> through April 27.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now a staple of the resort\u2019s spring calendar, the limited-time festival celebrates the diversity and creativity of California\u2019s food culture. This year\u2019s event features more than eight themed festival marketplaces and a menu of more than 80 food and beverage offerings, ranging from small plates and craft beer to specialty wines influenced by the state\u2019s agricultural bounty and multicultural culinary traditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among the new items debuting this year are several playful mashups and regional inspirations. Highlights include the Carbonara pizzetta topped with applewood-smoked bacon and black pepper drizzle; Chicharr\u00f3n nachos layered with chorizo, cheese sauce, tomatoes and salsa verde; and a Ramen mac and cheese finished with furikake crumble, fish cakes and green onions. Other offerings include pork chile verde chalupas served with Spanish rice and refried beans, and a pandan latte churro topped with pandan whipped cream and toasted coconut.<\/span><\/p>\n

Guests planning to sample widely can purchase the festival\u2019s Sip and Savor Pass, available in four- and eight-coupon options. The eight-item pass costs $64, or $59 for Magic Key annual passholders, and can be shared among friends or used across multiple visits. Each digital coupon can be redeemed for select food items or nonalcoholic beverages at festival marketplaces and participating dining locations throughout the park.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beyond the food booths, the festival also features demonstrations and educational experiences. Beverage seminars at Sonoma Terrace \u2014 available for an additional fee \u2014 include wine tastings, mixology instruction and cocktail-making workshops.<\/span><\/p>\n

Weekend programming brings celebrity chefs to the Hollywood Backlot Stage for live culinary demonstrations. Past and scheduled presenters include chefs such as Jet Tila<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, Wing Lam<\/span><\/span><\/strong> and pastry chef Duff Goldman<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, along with culinary talent from the Disneyland Resort.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entertainment continues throughout the park during the festival. Daily offerings include the high-energy \u201cCookin\u2019 with the Jammin\u2019 Chefs\u201d show and live music performances at the Paradise Gardens Bandstand. Select days feature the family-friendly \u201cConfection Purrfection with the SuperKitties,\u201d inspired by the Disney Jr. series.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visitors can also experience the returning attraction Soarin\u2019 Over California<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, which brought back its original Golden State flight experience earlier this year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Festival-themed merchandise \u2014 including apparel, home d\u00e9cor, collectible trading pins and Disney\u2019s signature ear headbands \u2014 is available in several locations around the park as well as at Disney\u2019s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Disney officials say guests can take advantage of seasonal promotions in early 2026, including special ticket offers for California residents and discounted hotel packages at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Admission to the festival is included with a valid theme park ticket and park reservation. As spring travel picks up across Southern California, the Food & Wine Festival once again positions Disney California Adventure as a destination where food, entertainment and the flavors of the Golden State come together.<\/span><\/p>\n
