Over more than six decades, it has functioned as a conduit between research institutions, private industry and the broader community\u2014helping to cultivate generations of talent while reinforcing the role of immigrant professionals in shaping the region\u2019s technological landscape.<\/span><\/p>\n

Organizers framed this year\u2019s theme as both a reflection of institutional identity and a statement of intent. Integrity, they said, remains the cornerstone of professional trust; innovation, the engine of progress; and impact, the measure by which contributions ultimately endure. Jiang and Dr. Thomas Hou. Their work, spanning scientific research, institutional leadership and community engagement, reflects the breadth of CESASC\u2019s influence. Notably, U.S. Representative Judy Chu<\/span><\/span> attended the event and administered the oath of office for the incoming board members, underscoring the organization\u2019s civic visibility and community ties.
