American star Kanak Jha<\/strong> kept the host nation’s title hopes alive, while Egypt’s Dina Meshref<\/strong> made history with a landmark victory. Kanak Jha Keeps American Dream Alive<\/span><\/h3>\n

With home fans filling Maverick Arena, Kanak Jha continued his impressive run by defeating England’s Tom Jarvis 3-1 (11-2, 11-3, 6-11, 11-4).
