HORVATH&#8217;S STATEMENT ON LOS ANGELES  COUNTY\u2019S DESIGNATION AS CONTINUUM OF CARE (COC) LEAD"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>LOS ANGELES, CA<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0Today, the Los Angeles Continuum of Care\u00a0(CoC)\u00a0General Membership\u00a0designated\u00a0Los Angeles\u00a0County as lead for\u00a0all functions of the\u00a0CoC:\u00a0Collaborative Applicant, Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Lead, Coordinated Entry System (CES) Management Entity, and Point-in-Time (PIT) Count Administrator.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Following the vote, Supervisor Lindsey P. Horvath shares the following statement:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cThe status quo has failed too many people, and it is time for a different approach.
