Monterey Park City council member Stephen Lam Birthday party

About 600 supporters and guests gathering together to celebrate Monterey Park City Council member Stephen Lam ‘s birthday on October 5th in San Gabriel Hilton.

Congresswoman Judy Chu, State Senator Ed Hernandez and Mike Eng showed up strong supporting to Stephen Lam’s support.

Stephen Lam just turn his seat from Mayor back to council member, video and pics recalled all he has done for the city during his 1st term.
