SoCal Elite Connect 2018, Most popular social networking event for Chinese Students

As the most popular high-end social networking event among Southern California Chinese Students communities and young professionals, SoCal Elite Connect 2018 annual gala, held in Los Angeles City Club on Nov. 11th, attracts about 250 outstanding Chinese students from southern California universities and young professionals.

According to SoCal Elite Connect 2018 organizer Du, Ruoyu, director of Public Relations department of USC-CSSA, the event is providing students the bridge to meet with local professionals and entrepreneurs for job occupation experiences and different industries trend.

This year’s event, Ruoyu and his team invited about 40 VIP guests from Entrepreneur/VC, Finance/Consulting/Marketing, Entertainment/Media industries. Most of them with high reputations in their industries already, such as AACYF 30 under 30 recipients : Chen Zhao, Alen Xu, Yihui Zhang, David Liu, Silu Jia, MengMeng Men, Jimmy Wu, and Rui Yao, Lifeng Li, Cosmo Hu, Xiang Li, Evelyn Hu, Tao Yu, Lillian Ma, Zhao Liu, Ada Zheng. Zhen Fang, James Xia, Chaelie Q,. Yang, Zach Ma, Bohan Gong, etc.

Students from USC, UCLA, UCI, UCSD, Pepperdine University, CalStateFullerton said the SoCal Elite Connect is very helpful for students to know more professionals and knowing the future career plan.

The SoCal Elite Connect was very welcomed by students as well, all tickets were sold out about one week before the event.

The SoCal Elite Connect was established 6 years ago by USC-CSSA which is the largest Chinese students and scholars body with about 5000 members in campus.
