The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences revealed Wednesday the 32 films that have been submitted for consideration in the Best Animated Feature Oscar category, and China’s Ne Zha, and co-produced White Snake, Abominable are vying for the statuette.

Disney entered Pixar’s Toy Story 4 and the upcoming Frozen 2, along with Blue Sky’s Spies in Disguise, DreamWorks Animation’s How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World and Abominable, Warner Bros.’ The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part, and Illumination Entertainment’s The Secret Life of Pets 2.
Several of the films have not yet had their required Los Angeles seven-day qualifying run. Submitted features must fulfill the theatrical release requirements and comply with all of the category’s other qualifying rules before they can advance in the nomination process. To determine the five nominees, members of the Short Films and Feature Animation Branch are automatically eligible to vote in the category.

Nominations will be announced on January 13, 2020.
The 92nd Academy Awards will be presented at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood on February 9, 2020.
