Chinese International student associations will unite to hold First Spring Festival Gala Outside Campus

For more than a decade, Spring Festival Gala has been an important event for all Chinese International students in Southern California Universities separately . But this year, for the first time, a couple of Southern California Universities Chinese Students & Scholars Association & Chinese Students Association together will present a fantasy show to the public and all students 2/11 at Global Theater in Hollywood.

On February 1st, the show’s news conference, the show Director Kate Zhong said: fantastic program including Hip-hop, cultural shows, traditional arts performance will be presented to the audience. We would like to extend our hospitality to all audience from local communities. Hip-hop King Di Xie from China and Hip-hop God father Snoopadelic will be as guest performers for the gala.

The joint CSSA & CSA Spring Festival Gala will be held by Pepperdine University CSSA and CSA, CalState North Ridge CSSA and NYFA CSSA.

During the news conference, Mayor of City of Walnut Mary Su, Mayor of San Gabriel QinHo Liao gave best wishes and encouragement to the student associations.
