Scotto Earns Endorsement of California Tow Truck Association

TORRANCE, CA– In his bid for State Assembly, local businessman and former Torrance Mayor Frank Scotto announced securing the endorsement of the California Tow Truck Association (CTTA).

“As a former owner, Frank knows the struggles that our industry faces in California,” stated CTTA President Terry Warford. “Scotto has not only proven himself to be a successful small businessman, but also an effective community leader for this region.”

Scotto founded his company, Frank Scotto Towing, in Torrance after returning from military service in 1974. Frank Scotto Towing grew quickly and over 40 years, became one of the most recognizable small businesses in the South Bay. Scotto’s company employed nearly 100 employees and won numerous accolades for its outstanding community service.
