New poll shows Cox narrows Newsom lead

Dear Richard,

Yesterday, we learned the results of a brand new poll from KFI/KNBC-LA that confirmed our campaign’s growing momentum.

According to the poll, I am only FIVE POINTS behind Gavin Newsom in this race, a deficit that has been cut in half from just last week.
Every new poll that is released shows me gaining on Gavin Newsom. Californians are beginning to hear our message of making our state affordable again, and that there is hope for the Forgotten Californians.

I am in a position to win this race because of all of your hard work and support. Thank you for all that you are doing to make this state a better place to live. Together, we will continue this momentum and elect a new Governor on November 6th.
