Hainan JiaJi High School student dance troupes astonished international media executives
October 31 morning, about 250 international media executives from People’s Daily 2018 Belt and Road Forum visited Hainan JiaJi High School,
With 101 years history, the school is one of the best high school in Hainan.
When visitors arrival the campus, just on the class break, students and visitors waving and greeting to each other, made a wonderful reaction.
The surprise continued when all the visitors get in art education building, the students a capella songs impressed all visitors with pure and professional voice.
And then all visitors were astonished by the students dance troupes dancing. With the international noted reputations, the 150 members dance troupes presented folk and modern dances “The Wanquan River”, “Dream beyond the clouds” and ” The belt and road ”
According to the school president Chen, Shanfei,JiaJi High School’s Boys’ dance troupe’ has won medals in the national, provincial and municipal competitions almost a hundred times. Moreover, they have been invited to perform in Hongkong, Macao, the United State, Thailand, Japan, France and so on many times. In July 2005, they were invited to the Sydney Opera House to participate in the Sydney International Youth Culture and Art Festival. In August 2007, they were invited to the Golden Hall of Vienna for cultural and artistic exchange performances. In August 2016, they were invited to give performances at the United Nations Headquarters.
