New BeachLife Festival in Redondo Beach puts single-day passes on sale

If three days of music by the beach is too much of a commitment for you, you’re in luck because single-day passes just went on sale for the new BeachLife Festival in Redondo Beach.

Until now, only three-day passes have been available to see more than 40 acts playing at the 8.6-acre site that encompasses Seaside Lagoon and an adjacent parking lot May 3-5.  Performers include headliners Brian Wilson, Bob Weir and Wolf Bros. and Willie Nelson.

The single day general admission passes are $95, while single-day VIP passes are $275 and the Captain’s Pass, which includes backstage access, drinks, valet parking and VIP restrooms, costs $995 per day.

Other acts on the all-encompassing lineup include Grammy Award-winning singer Jason Mraz, San Diego-born rock-reggae group Slightly Stoopid, Hermosa Beach outfit Tomorrow’s Bad Seeds, Ziggy Marley, Violent Femmes, Los Angeles punk legends X and Blues Traveler.
