For the past sixteen years, the incredible programming of the L.A. Harbor International Film Festival has delighted audiences and sparked meaningful conversations.This year’s lineup, featuring classics like Black Beauty (this year’s “Read the Book, See the Movie” education outreach selection) and everyone’s favorite Sixteen Candles, promises to continue in this proud tradition.
