Harley Rouda Announces Hiring of 2020 Campaign Manager
LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Today, Congressman Harley Rouda’s re-election campaign announced that it has hired Alyssa Napuri as its 2020 campaign manager. Napuri previously managed the Congressman’s volunteer fleet during his successful 2018 campaign for the 48th Congressional District.
Rouda released a statement with the announced hiring:

I’ve seen firsthand her ability to deliver under pressure, and inspire our volunteers. I am beyond excited to have such a hard-working, passionate, effective advocate spearheading my campaign team.”
Napuri also released the following statement with the announcement:

A native of CA-48, Alyssa got her start at four waters media, inc., consulting Democratic races from School Board through State Assembly. In the 2018 cycle, Alyssa worked with the California Democratic Party as the organizer for three of Orange Counties targeted districts: CA-39, CA-45, and CA-48, before starting as the Field Director for the 48th in the General Election. Under the 48th Field Team, Alyssa managed Rouda’s volunteer fleet when it ballooned to a sizable 8,000 volunteers and knocked an average of 98 doors per minute leading up to the election.
