LAGUNA BEACH, CA — Today, Congressman Harley Rouda’s re-election campaign announced his voting plans for the upcoming March 3rd primary election. Congressman Rouda will be voting at one of the new 11-day vote centers in Orange County the day it opens. After submitting his ballot, the Congressman will canvass in the surrounding community.
