The Santa Monica Classic is four months away!

SMC is an annual sell-out with more than 6,000 participants running through the streets of one of the most iconic oceanfront cities in the world.
This year the virtual race option for SMC will be expanded to be a virtual experience like no other. The virtual race is offered in addition to the on-site live race scheduled to take place on September 13, 2020, delivering a fun, quality experience whether you participate with us in Santa Monica or anywhere else in the world.

Runners and walkers can transfer from the live race to the virtual race or transfer from the virtual race to the live race any time prior to sellout.

Virtual and live race finishers will receive the same benefits, including the official SMC Finishers Medal and the official T-Shirt.
Finishing either the live or virtual Santa Monica Classic will complete the first leg of the Conquer LA Challenge which awards a special medal to athletes finishing the 2020 Santa Monica Classic, the 2020 Pasadena Half Marathon at the Rose Bowl, and the 2021 Los Angeles Marathon presented by ASICS.
