Reminder: Complete the 2020 Census
Just emailing you a reminder to complete the 2020 Census if you have not already done so.
It is alarming that, as of last week, less than 60% of LA County residents have responded to the Census.
The funding we get for everything from hospitals to schools depends on the Census. The more people are counted, the more federal resources we receive. If we are under-counted, we will be under-funded for the next decade.
Please complete the 2020 Census as soon as you can — then tell your friends and family to do the same.
How to Respond to the Census
Online: 2020Census.gov
By Phone: Call (844) 330-2020 to complete in English. Other language options:
By Mail: If you received a Census form in the mail you can fill it out and send it back.
There is no citizenship question on the Census and all your answers are completely confidential. Everyone, regardless of immigration status, should get counted in the Census.
