Virtual Town Hall on Learning Safely During COVID-19
It’s been incredible to watch our community band together to fight COVID-19. We have made amazing progress and everyone has been doing their part to stop the spread of COVID. Our infection rates have slowed to a point where many schools are re-opening. As the mom of two school-age boys I share many of your concerns, so I’m convening a Town Hall to empower parents with information to make the best decisions for their family.
I hope you’ll join me on Tuesday to hear directly from three education experts: Dr. Michael Weiss, Children’s Hospital of Orange County; Dr. Elisha Smith Arrillaga the Executive Director at The Education Trust-West; and Jeff Hittenberger, Ph.D the Chief Academic Officer at the Orange County Department of Education.
