2017 AFMA Film Festival opening ceremony 4/15 in Los Angeles Film School, this year theme is The Brightening Frontier.

Rui Cui is awarded best director for “To Pimp A Butterlfy”, best film award went to Cocoon directed by Liying Mei.

AFMA is short for Annenberg Film Marketing Association, an USC-recognized student organization founded on September 2013.

The purpose of AFMA is to provide students with opportunities to explore business side of the entertainment industry through participating in projects and events.

AFMA also aims to provide filmmakers with the connections among students and professionals.

AFMA provides services for students and independent filmmakers, which include but not limited to the following activities: marketing campaign development, film festivals submission, publicity event planning, and film distribution.
