Public Health Reports 2 New Deaths and 2,238 New Positive Cases of Confirmed COVID-19 in Los Angeles County
The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health (Public Health) today released the latest data on COVID-19. The lower number of deaths reflects reporting delays over the weekend.
- 2,238 new COVID-19 cases (322,207 cases to date)
- 2 new deaths due to COVID-19 (7,172 deaths to date)
- 851 people currently hospitalized with COVID-19
- 29% are in the ICU
- Nearly 3,257,000 individuals tested; 9% of all people tested positive
