McConnell signals concern over changes to qualified immunity in police reform
| Senate GOP Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) signaled concerns on Tuesday about changes to a legal shield for police officers — a major sticking point in bipartisan police reform negotiations on Capitol Hill.
