PlusYoou Entrepreneurship and Career Development – Talent Salon

Los Angeles time: September 17th, PlusYoou has successfully held Entrepreneurship and Career Development – Talent Salon in city of Monterey Park. This event was jointly organized by PlusYoou, Techbow, and the Chinese Career Center (CCC). As one of the activities of PlusYoou’s entrepreneurial education, this event once again shared valuable insights and great experience with the southern entrepreneurial community, and further bridged start-up companies with talents.

The theme of this talent salon is entrepreneurship and career development. Honored guest speakers are: Peggie Li, Head of Marketing and Partnership – US Market at Bytedance Inc; Peter Chan, Partner of 58 City; Xiao Xiao, former Human Resources Manager of Siemens; Fernando Villavicencio, Speech Scientist of ObEN (ObEN is Softbank’s first portfolio company in artificial intelligence) ; Ken Lian, Founder and CEO of Moolah; Victor Zhou, Founder of Sentinel Tech; Liu, Founder of Techbow; Howard Wang, Founder of CCC and etc.

Two panel discussions were hosted by PlusYoou members Bojun Lin and Xiaochen Liu respectively. Our guest speakers focused on two main topics: on panel one they discussed from the perspective of recruiters and mainly focused how to solve the recruitment pain of startup companies; while our second panel mainly focused on how should job hunters plan their career development reasonably.
