Apple CEO granted restraining order

Apple CEO Tim Cook has been granted a restraining order request by the Santa Clara County Superior Court against a woman who has continuously trespassed in his home, claiming that he is the father of her children, according to a report by CBS News.

The 45-year-old Virginia woman also allegedly has emailed Cook photos of a loaded pistol.

The restraining order request states that it is believed the woman “may be armed” and “intends to return to Cook’s residence or locate him in the near future,” according to CBS. Cook was granted the restraining order by the court Friday.

As part of the restraining order, the woman is prohibited from approaching Cook in person or contacting him through email or social media and is also prohibited from possessing any firearms, reports CBS.
