LA’s newest Democratic Club Votes to Endorse Horvath for Board of Supervisors District 3

LOS ANGELES, CA – Councilmember Lindsey P. Horvath continues to consolidate grassroots support for her Supervisorial bid with the endorsement of the Westside Young Democrats.

“Lindsey Horvath understands how to reverse the damage caused by decades of corruption and conservatism. Lindsey’s election to the board of supervisors would be a game-changer in the fight to solve our housing crisis here in Los Angeles County,” said Rachel Bracker, Westside Young Democrats President. “We are proud to support such a steadfast champion of workers’ rights, environmental justice, and housing equity.”

Representing Angelenos under 36 living in the West LA area, the Westside Young Democrats are devoted to expanding opportunities for low- and middle-income Angelenos. Through active engagement with elected officials, the organization hopes to inspire future generations to get involved in politics.

“I am grateful to have the support of the Westside Young Dems in this race,” said Councilmember Lindsey P. Horvath. “They are committed to a brighter, bolder future for our Party, and a progressive, inclusive, sustainable future for our County. As Supervisor, I look forward to including the voices and ideas of the Westside Young Dems in our work together to build a better Los Angeles for all generations.”
