Biden ‘disappointed’ by OPEC+ decision to cut oil production

The White House on Wednesday admonished what it called a “shortsighted decision” by the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and its allies to cut oil production by 2 million barrels per day, a move that could lead to a rise in gas prices domestically.
