Elevate & Empower Youth Voices in Mental Health

In partnership with allcove Beach Cities to recognize May as Mental Health Awareness Month, I am inviting youth ages 12 to 25 to join me this Saturday, April 29 to recognize and discuss the importance of mental health and how it affects our South Bay youth.

The event will feature activities focusing on mental health awareness, wellness and resources. I will also be hosting a roundtable discussion, “How to elevate and empower youth voices for mental health,” with fellow youth leaders like yourself.

  • Live music, a DJ and open mic
  • Games such as ping pong, Jackbox and more
  • Interactive activities such as painting, t-shirt making, and origami
  • Free food
