Governor Newsom issues statement on President Trump’s executive order to repeal birthright citizenship
LOS ANGELES January 20, 2025 – Governor Gavin Newsom today issued the following statement after President Trump signed an executive order to repeal birthright citizenship prospectively:
“This is unconstitutional.”
