The 16th annual Universe Multicultural Film Festival

The 16th annual Universe Multicultural Film Festival was successfully concluded on Sunday, April 7th.

This year’s Universe Multicultural Film Festival took place from April 5th to 7th in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. The film festival showcased over 100 films from over 15 different countries and regions around the world, all of which were competing within six different categories. Film makers and enthusiasts from all over the world gathered along the California coast to participate in this collaboration and celebration.

 

Throughout the three day festival, attendees were able to enjoy a plethora of screenings, panels and galas. Local filmmakers from Hollywood participated in this event and endorsed the festival as a great way for filmmakers to reach out to other story tellers form all around the world. It has also been said that the festival provides a wonderful platform to share professional knowledge on topics such as casting, producing and writing.

 

The highlight of this film festival is the Rainbow Red Carpet, help on Sunday April 7th. All attendees and local enthusiasts are able to leave their memories on the “Red Rainbow” of multicultural celebration. After walking down the red carpet, attendees were invited to the awards ceremony which was home to a variety of talented performances brought by local and international artists, thus concluding this successful film festival.
