Metro Los Angeles’ Contractor Development and Bonding Program is helping contractors and subcontractors learn how to get involved. There has never been a more opportune time for contractors in Los Angeles County, yet there are still barriers to maximize participation from our contractor community. I attended the program on Monday at the Arboretum, which helped attendees access these opportunities and utilize resources to help their businesses grow and thrive.
