Transitional Chinese Culture Exchange Center 2019 Chinese New Year Gala held in El Monte on February 2nd, 2 days before Chinese New Year day., About 200 local Chinese American literature scholars, writers, painting, dancing,  performing and singing artists gathered together to celebrate coming Chinese New Year.
