2019 SoCal AI & Data Science Conference Training Day – OCT 27 at USC
SoCal AI & Data Science Conference Training Day will provide an orientation on up-to-date technology from high tech areas. It is a great opportunity for students to get mentoring from leading experts in their fields, as well as hands-on experience, that will help them get closer to their goal of becoming a data scientist. It is also an excellent opportunity for mentors to talk about their field, train students, and get a potential future employee that will help out their company. |

Lecturer: Dr. Chad Peiper Dr. Peiper completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2008. While completing his graduate work at the University of Illinois, Dr. Peiper was a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science where he taught and facilitated lectures on course topics ranging between 30 to 250 students, inclusive of both online and classroom settings. Currently he is an Adjunct Professor in Cybersecurity at the University of Maryland and Blockchain at Drexel University. |
