Identity Leadership is a very personal and prescriptive guide that is based on the philosophy that you can’t lead others until you can first lead yourself—the more you work on yourself, the more you can give to those around you.
Stedman Graham and Senator Susan Rubio will share why self-awareness matters, how leaders lead, the importance of communication, and how to step into the role of a leader. Graham uses personal anecdotes and will illustrate the importance of identity leadership in each of our lives.
